In a glass, add whole lime cut into eight, with white middle removed, and peels down, and 1 tbsp white sugar. Muddle, leaving lime husks in, being gentle. Add ice, then 2 Cachaça. Quick stir. Taste and adjust sugar to liking. [It's awesome, of course. Resist urge to use raw or fancy sugars. You want that pure white.]
