Egg Nog

The blender stays on the whole time. Beat 6 whole eggs in a blender on medium for a minute. Add 9 oz white sugar, blend for another minute. Add 1.5 tsp freshly-grated nutmeg, 6 oz brandy, 6 oz Dark Jamaican Rum, 18 oz whole milk, 12 oz heavy cream. Chill in refrigerator until cold. Serve with grated nutmeg. [Makes about 6 hearty drinks, or half a gallon.]
