1.75 Scotch, 1.5 Apple Cider (non-alcoholic), 0.5 Averna, 0.25 Lemon Juice, 1 teaspoon demerara syrup, 0.5 teaspoon Allspice Dram, 2 dashes Angostura. [It all comes together. Seems like it should be sweet, but it’s not at all. Perfect autumn drink.]
