Brew up some coffee (french press is okay). Coat the rim of a glass with sugar. Add 0.75 of 151 proof Black Strap Rum. Light on fire, and spin glass so flames caramelize the sugar on the rim. Add 0.25 Cointreau, 1.5 Kahlua, 4 coffee. Top with lightly whipped cream (add heavy cream to mason jar, and shake until doubled in volume), grated nutmeg. [Amazing. Wanna impress someone?
