Hilarious! Man, the American South was nuts. The bit where Tom Sawyer shows up at the end is the one weak point; the book really grinds to a halt there. The Duke and the King are fantastic characters, and I wish there were a whole 'nother book of their escapades. I read the "raft episode" too and it's a shame it was removed, it was one of my favorite parts. Now I'm dreaming of floating down a raft with nothing to do but fishing, stealing, and napping.
